Why does the app take the entire softphone screen?

When working on a very small screen, the application may take up most or all of the available space inside the softphone view.

To restore the proper layout and allow the agent panel to appear correctly, simply increase the size of the window.

Once the window is resized, the application's responsive layout will automatically adjust and display both the app and the agent panel more comfortably.
