Follow-up tags are personal and are visible only to the user who created them.
This means you will only see the Follow-up tags that you added yourself. Follow-up tags created by other users are not visible to you.
Removing a Follow-up tag is also personal and affects only your own view.
If you want a media item to be visible and noticeable to the entire team, use Highlight instead.
Highlights are visible to all users who have access to the conversation. However, only the user who added the Highlight can remove it.
