Why do I see a message saying I don’t have permission to search?

Search permissions in the application are inherited from the Genesys system.

If a user does not have permission to perform searches in Genesys, the application enforces the same restriction.

In this case, even if search is enabled in the application settings, attempting to perform a search will display a message indicating that the user does not have permission to search.

To enable search functionality, the appropriate search permissions must be granted in Genesys.
