What types of media can I manage with Mediabriz?

Mediabriz allows you to manage a wide range of media files shared in customer conversations.

Supported media types include:

• Images / photos

• Audio files

• Video files

• PDF documents

• Word documents

• Excel and PowerPoint files

These media items can be viewed, organized, and reviewed directly within the Genesys environment.

Files on carousel cards

Files sent on the cards of a carousel, such as the image or video on each card of a WhatsApp carousel template, are included too. Each card's file appears in the Media gallery as its own media item and is checked by Mediabriz Guard like any other file. Videos the browser can't play

Some video formats can't be played in the browser. Mediabriz then shows This video can't be played in the browser. Download it to watch it in another player. The download hint is shown only when you are allowed to download the file.
