What information is required in the extension settings?

The extension settings require the customer company name and region.
Optionally, the customer can define an additional domain if the application is used outside of the Genesys environment.
There is no need to add the Genesys domain, as it is added automatically by the application.

If the company name or region is not provided, a warning message will appear in the extension options.
