Why does the search show fewer results than expected?

To ensure performance, the application retrieves search results from Genesys in batches of up to 100 results at a time.
When a search is performed, the system first displays the first 100 results.

The search results screen shows the total number of conversations found, even if only the first 100 results are initially displayed.

If more results are available, you can scroll down and click More to load the next 100 results. This continues until all available results are loaded, up to a maximum of 1,000 results.
